Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at LTKGroup, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and securing new project opportunities, with a strong emphasis on leveraging freelance platforms like Upwork. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our project win rate, managing client relationships, and collaborating with our technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new project opportunities, primarily through Upwork and similar platforms.
* Create compelling project proposals and bids that effectively communicate LTKGroup's value proposition.
* Manage and optimize LTKGroup's presence on Upwork and other relevant platforms.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT services sector.
* Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and pricing of projects.
* Monitor and analyze bid success rates, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve performance.
* Represent LTKGroup at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
* Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and results to senior management.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT services sector.
* Proven track record of successfully securing projects through freelance platforms like Upwork.
* Strong understanding of the IT services market and current technology trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with international clients and global project delivery.
* Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
* Familiarity with multiple freelance platforms beyond Upwork.
* MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
